Job Description:
- To ensure timely dispatches along with correct documentation.
-
To
optimize cost to the company such as Transportation Cost , Labour
(Loading & Unloading) Cost, Insurance Cost & other related
clearing expenses. -
Co-ordination with Corporate Supply Chain & Factory Manufacturing
Operations for the timely dispatches of Finished Goods to enable
achievement of sales target of different SKU’s. -
To
maintain effective Liaison / Public Relations with various Government
& non Government agencies, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, Insurance,
Central Food Lab, Drug Controller of India, ministry of Health etc. - To maintain effective Liaison with Banks for timely negotiation of documents under L/C, discounting Bills etc.
- Preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of sales & stock.
- Warehousing of Bonded & non bonded items.
- Implementation of Performance management cum contribution enhancement system.
- Co-ordination with the lawyers for Company’s legal issues.
